Symptoms
13c Agent installation on RHEL 8.1 fails at the linking step with below errors:
Creating symlink <AGENT_BASE_DIR>/agent_13.2.0.0.0/oracle_common/jdk/bin <AGENT_BASE_DIR>/agent_13.2.0.0.0/jdk/bin
Executing command to check/apply patches if exist in agenthome.....
