How to Update the CVU for EM Cloud Control 13c

For EM Cloud Control, there is a targetless job that will update the CVU for database lifecycle management (DBLM). This job is called DOWNLOAD_CVU.

Goal
However, sometimes the job will fail or you do not want to wait for the job to be run. You can manually run the job or you can use the steps in the following note

When you manually obtain the CVU you can get this from one of two places

2) My Oracle Support (MOS)/Automated Release Updates (ARU) using patch 16766985
