Symptoms

alertlog_dedup.pl prints the plain text password of the monitoring user into the emagent_perl.trc if the logging level is set to INFO.

Observed below logging in emagent_perl.trc:

alertlog_dedup.pl: 2019-08-28 06:15:05,587: INFO: bug 28751342 dbsnmp XXXXXXXXXX (DESCRIPTION=(ADDRESS=(PROTOCOL=TCP)(HOST=<hostname>)(Port=<Port>))(CONNECT_DATA=(SID=<SID>))) NORMAL

alertlog_dedup.pl: 2019-08-28 06:15:05,922: INFO: bug 28751342 DB connection successful: (DESCRIPTION=(ADDRESS=(PROTOCOL=TCP)(HOST=<hostname>)(Port=<Port>))(CONNECT_DATA=(SID=<SID>)))
