Symptoms

Enterprise Manager Cloud Control 13.4
Login to Grafana Console > Click on OEM App on Left Side Pane > Click on "Database Performance Report / Database Configuration Report" > Shows the below error message:
"Templating init failed Grafana API not enabled."
