Tablespace Metric Alert Stuck on the Standby Database After Switchover

Symptoms
The primary database raise a critical alert on the tablespace space used %, then this primary database was switched over to be the standby database.
Actually this critical alert still displayed on the Alert history dashboard and it will be difficult to remove this alert either manually or automatically because the database now becomes in the mount state.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

This alert should be automatically cleared after doing the switchover to the standby database
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. The primary database raise a critical alert on the Tablespace space used %
2- Then This primary database was switched over to the standby database
3- The critical alert still displayed on the Alert history dashboard
4- They need to clear this alert
