In Enterprise Manager (EM) Cloud Control, trying to analyze the patch plan containing proactive Bundle Patch Fails with following error,
PREREQ_DESC:Check if all the required patches have been downloaded
PREREQ_MESG:An error occurred while creating the patch component in Software Library. The error message is "Read timed out". The application may not be able to access the Software Library storage locations. Verify that all the Software Library storage locations are well configured. If a storage location is of the OMS Agent filesystem type, ensure that valid host credentials are specified. For more information, check the OMS logs.
