EM13c : EMCLI run_config_search Returns Column Header And values Do Not Match (Doc ID 2641859.1)

Symptoms

In Enterprise Manager (EM) Cloud Control, Running the emcli run_config_search result column Header and the output values do not match.

The column names are showing correctly but the results output interchanged that is "DB Name" column having Lifecycle result, the Lifecycle column having Version details and "Version" column having the DB name details.

1. Create a config search from EM UI with name "TEST_ORACLE_INSTANCE_04"
2. Execute the EMCLI verb:
emcli run_config_search -search_name="TEST_ORACLE_INSTANCE_04" -format="name:csv"

Database Instance Name,PROPERTY_NAME:Target Properties,PROPERTY_VALUE:Target Properties
====================================================================================
orcl_gtp_lifecycle_status,Laboratorio,XIAE.OSASUNET_XIAE1
orcl_gtp_lifecycle_status,Laboratorio,SIAPR_CLULRE1R.OSASUNET_SIAPR1
DBVersion,11.2.0.4.170418,XIAE.OSASUNET_XIAE1

The same result in EM console shows correctly without issues.
