EM13c : safelyUsableMB Calculation in "Add Space to Tablespace" Corrective Action Script Is Wrong

Symptoms
In Enterprise Manager (EM) Cloud Control, safelyUsableMB Calculation in "Add Space to Tablespace" Corrective Action Script Is Wrong.
The "Add Space to Tablespace" Corrective Action (CA) was to correct the Tablespace alert.
dbAddSpaceTS.pl file is having the script for all the calcuations carried out as part of this CA.
Observed the "safelyUsableMB" calculation was not correct thus providing the -ve value for "ASM projected safely usable free space(MB)".
The "ASM projected safely usable free space (MB) is: -1320899.000", due to this wrong calculation it was not able to use the last datafile which is actually small and created a new Datafile.
