Symptoms

Application of OMS PSU Patch 30592540 using -bitonly option on Software Only OMS install fails with the following error

export ORACLE_HOME=<MIDDLEWARE_HOME>
<MIDDLEWARE_HOME>/OMSPatcher/omspatcher apply -bitonly
