Symptoms

Enterprise Manager (EM) 13.3 Cloud Control

Navigate to the Database target main page

From the Availability menu, select Backup & Recovery, and then Schedule Backup.

In Schedule Backup, click on the "Schedule Oracle-Suggested Backup" button in the 'Oracle-Suggested Recovery Appliance Backup' section.

The following error is generated:

Unexpected error occurred. Please contact Oracle Support with these files.
