Goal
This document lists the procedure that should be followed for upgrading the Enterprise Manager (EM) Cloud Control OMSPatcher on version 13.4 OMS to 13.9.4.8.0.
NOTE: For applying Release Update 6 or higher, OMSPatcher version 13.9.4.8.0 is required.

OMSPatcher version 13.9.* is supported only for 13.4 OMS. For older versions of EM, please use OMSPatcher version 13.8.0.0.3 as mentioned in the documents listed above.
