Symptoms

In Enterprise Manager Cloud Control, Fleet Maintenance UPDATE_DB,UPDATE_RACDB fails in Apply PSU Step as datapatch execution on first failure executes multiple Retries before marking job as failure.

Command Snippet:
emcli db_software_maintenance -performOperation -name=Fleet -purpose=UPDATE_DB/UPDATE_RACDB -target_type=oracle_database/rac_database -target_list=ABC -normal_credential=ORACLE:SYSMAN -privilege_credential=ROOT:SYSMAN
