Symptoms
Enterprise Manager (EM) Cloud Control version 13.3 or 13.4
EM repository version: 12.2 and 19c
Submitting simple OS command job stuck in running status forever.
EMDiag log after executing the following command shows errors:
$repvfy dump job_health
From : job_health_2020_03_11_124757.log
