13c EM: Fleet Datapatch Step Retries Max 5 times On Failure And Retry Takes 25 Minutes To Complete (Doc ID 2649025.1)

Symptoms

 In Enterprise Manager (EM) Cloud Control, Fleet Datapatch step retries max 5 times on failure and retry takes 25 minutes to complete.

Apply PSU/Patches on the database step output:

Try number 5.
