Enterprise Manager (EM) 13.3.2 Cloud Control Fleet Maintenance:
The UPDATE_DB procedure fails.
Procedure Activity shows failure at "Apply PSU/Patches on the database" procedure step

Upgrading from 19.3 to 19.4

Patch = 29834717
Release = Oracle Database

Fleet command is:
emcli db_software_maintenance -performOperation -name="UPDATE DB on Host" -purpose=UPDATE_DB -target_type=oracle_database -target_list=<database_name> -normal_credential=HOST_ORACLE:SYSMAN -privilege_credential=HOST_ORACLE_SUDO:SYSMAN -input_file="data:<PATH>/UPDATE_DB.txt"

Procedure dump shows errors:
