Symptoms
While the OHS component is running, the Enterprise Manager is not showing the status of various components, such as "State, Ports, Machine Name, Idle Processes" among others. These metrics are showing a value, or state of "Unavailable".
It is confirmed that OHS is up and working correctly.
Changes
Recent edits were made to the forms.conf configuration file under the Runtime directory.
