EM13c : Emailed IP Reports Do Not Show Graph Unless Forwarded Or Replied

In Enterprise Manager (EM) Cloud Control, after upgrading to 13.4EM Version. The emails with the Information Publisher (IP) Reports were being sent fine. But the graph containing the data was missing. Strangely, if the email was forwarded, or replied to then the graphs were showing up in the forwarded and replied to
emails in Outlook. Apple Mail program does not render the report even when replied or forwarded.
