Symptoms

After Enterprise Manager (EM) 13.3 Cloud Control upgrade to 13.4, some emctl commands display the error message:

OMS_HOME/bin> ./emctl status oms -details
Oracle Enterprise Manager Cloud Control 13c Release 4

Enter Enterprise Manager Root (SYSMAN) Password :
