Memory Advisors Returns Session Information Unavailable For CDB and PDB Targets

Symptoms
13.3.2 EM Cloud Control
Navigate to container database home page -> Performance -> Advisors Home -> Memory Advisors and it returns the following message:

Session Information Unavailable
Enterprise Manager is unable to proceed. The most likely cause of this is that database session information could not be retrieved or that EM was unable to process a user-invoked bookmark. Press OK to continue.
------------------------------------------------------
This happens with CDB/PDB targets version 12.2 and higher versions.

See the Session Information Unavailable error:
