Recent Changes to MOS will Disable Enterprise Manager Online Connections

Enterprise Manager connection to MOS are failing with the following error since 5/1/2020 MOS maintenance:
"Invalid JSON Response from My Oracle Support":
DOWNLOAD_AND_RECOMMEND_SYSTEM_PATCH_JOB
DOWNLOAD_CVU
REFRESH_FROM_MY_ORACLE_SUPPORT_JOB
OPATCH_PATCH_UPDATE_JOB
REFRESH UPDATES FROM ORACLE
Symptoms
Enterprise Manager (EM) Cloud Control connection to My Oracle Support (MOS) fails with the following errors starting 5/1/2020 ( the date of MOS maintenance):
"Invalid JSON Response from My Oracle Support":
DOWNLOAD_AND_RECOMMEND_SYSTEM_PATCH_JOB
DOWNLOAD_CVU
REFRESH_FROM_MY_ORACLE_SUPPORT_JOB
OPATCH_PATCH_UPDATE_JOB
REFRESH UPDATES FROM ORACLE
and/or a user sees this error:
when a user sets the MOS Credentials in EM Console:
menu: Setup > MOS > Set Credentials
or
searches for a patch or creates a Patch Plan:
menu: Enterprise > Provisioning and Patching > Patches and Updates
