Symptoms
Receiving many Alerts from the OMS J2EE application with the following message:
The J2EE Application is down
Apr 15, 2020 12:24:01 AM The heap usage is 94%
Apr 15, 2020 12:43:14 AM The J2EE Application is down
followed by
Apr 15, 2020 12:47:00 AM CLEARED - The J2EE Application is up
