Symptoms
Lost the Warning and Critical thresholds settings for Apply Lag (seconds) and Transport Lag (seconds) for primary database.
primary database Database home page -> Database Menu -> Metric ans Collection Settings -> Apply Lag (seconds) and Transport Lag (seconds) is not in the list or the thresholds are empty.
