Symptoms

./opatch lsinventory fails with error code 19 as follows.

Same error reports from OMS And Agent opatch home.

 ./opatch lsinventory

OPatch Version : 13.9.3.3.0
  OUI Version : 12.2.0.1.4
The OPatch version is not applicable for current OUI version.

OPatch failed with error code 19
