Symptoms
Add Database Cluster to Enterprise Manager (EM) Cloud Control discovers two different database clusters, instead of one.
3 node cluster discovery finds 2 clusters, 1 cluster with 2 nodes and the other cluster with the remaining node.
Error stack observed from <Agent_Inst>/sysman/log/gcagent.log file:
