13c EM : How to fix "8001. Repeating worker task errors" Reported by EM Diagkit (repvfy) (Doc ID 2678451.1)

Symptoms

The EM Diagkit (repvfy) reports targets under "Repeating task failures (Collection)":

8001. Repeating worker task errors

= - Contact Oracle support with the specific error message associated with
= the failed task to debug the issue
= - To trace a specific task, use these REPVFY commands in this order:
= $ repvfy send run_task -id <task ID>
= $ repvfy dump trace
