EM 13c: Fleet Unsubscribing CDB Target Does Not Unsubscribe PDB For Primary Database (Doc ID 2678529.1)

Symptoms

In Oracle Enterprise Manager (EM), with Fleet Maintenance once a target CDB is subscribed to an image(for example: DBImage1) and performed update operations for multi-tenant CDB database the image subscriptions will show both CDB & PDB.

If the same database target is going to subscribe with another image (for example: DBImage2), subscription fails as the target is already subscribed to another image (DBImage1).

Unsubscribe of CDB target is not unsubscribing the PDB's from the same image.

 If any further subscriptions done for the CDB target with different image, PDB target's subscription list shows multiple image details.
