Symptoms

Oracle Enterprise Manager Cloud Control 13.3
Monitoring 19c Database using 13.3.1 DB plugin
Login to OEM Console > Target DB > Administration > Oracle Scheduler > Automated Maintenance Tasks
Getting the below error when they are trying to configure "Automated Maintenance Tasks Configuration" only for 19c DB's.

ORA-00904: "HEALTH_MONITOR": invalid identifier*
