Goal
Applying RU 1 patch 30850513 - Enterprise Manager 13c Release 4 Platform Update 1 (13.4.0.1.200229) on 13.4 OMS fails with the following error :
From /<OMS_HOME>/cfgtoollogs/opatch/opatch<timestamp>.log
OPatch completed with warnings.
Command to execute (Step 2): /<OMS_HOME>/bin/emctl applypatch repos -patchHome /<OMS_HOME>/.omspatcher_storage/30850513_<timestamp>/original_patch
