EM 13c: Database Service Status: Wrong Instances Listed Under 'Running Instances'.

Information in this document applies to any platform.
In Enterprise Manager (EM) Cloud Control, under 'Cluster' target, a specific database service is running on a particular instance on one node. For example,
- Login to EM Console.
- Navigate to Cluster Home Page.
- Click on 'Cluster Database' drop down menu > Monitoring > All Metrics > Database Service Status.
srvctl status service -d <Cluster> -s <Service Name>
Service <Service Name> is running on instance(s) <Instance ****502 Name>
But OEM shows that the service is running on both Instance ****502 and Instance ****503. as in this example:
