EM13.2: The Verb grant_roles Fails on EMCLI After JDK 7 Update 191 (Doc ID 2681360.1)

Symptoms

After following note (Doc ID 2241358.1) How to Use JDK 7 Update 191 with EM 13.2 / 13.3 OMS, in order to update the JDK 7 to 191.

The verb grant_roles fails with Error: An internal error occurred, however, the other verbs works fine, for instance, LOGIN - SYNC ...

From the emoms.trc it logs the following stack error:
