OEM Agent : Setting Blackout At OEM Agent Level. (Doc ID 2681928.1)

When trying to set blackout in the console for target Agent, no rows are returned.  Navigation is as follows:

Enterprise --> Monitoring --> Blackouts.  Click on "Create" button and choose Blackout --> Create.

Under Targets, click "Add" button.  For the  Target Type choose "Agent" and hit search.
