Symptoms

Silent Method Agent Installation on MS Windows Failed with below error

Unable to lock Central Inventory. OPatch will attempt to re-lock.

below is the on-screen output of the agentDeploy.bat Script

OPatch will sleep for few seconds, before re-trying to get the lock...
