SOA Composites 12.2.1+ Shown In Status Pending (Doc ID 2689057.1)

Enterprise Manager Cloud Control  Console shows the majority of SOA  12.2.1+ composites of a SOA middleware intrastructure target in status pending. 

In SOA's EM  FMW Control Console none of the composites are in status Pending.

Issues observed:
- Collection errors with Result has repeating key value 

EMD getmetric error: Result has repeating key value : <Composite_Name_A>/1.0.0

Same error is returned when running getmetric command on soa intra target.

Checking the raw metric which collects the data at agent level, two  soainfra_composite_label values   are observed for same composite_id.

This is confirmed also in the  dms table soainfra_composite:CompositeResponse. Same doubled values can be seen.
