Symptoms

Issue is  from OEM data masking .Database using account pdbadmin , which has sysdba grant .
But during Application data modeling job below error is coming. 


Processing application: TEST_MASK(TEST_MASK)
User does not have sufficient privileges to complete this action, please check the error logs for more information.
