EM 13c: UTC Timezone Showing Wrong In Job Schedule Dropdown For MSK and KRAT (Doc ID 2692455.1)

Symptoms

From EM 13c, while creating Job with 'One time (Later)' schedule, dropdown shows list of timezones.

In the list, Moscow (MSK) showing UTC+04:00 and Krasnoyarsk(KRAT) showing UTC+08:00,

but correct timezones should be the below

Moscow (MSK) - UTC+3
Krasnoyarsk(KRAT) - UTC+7

Check the below screen shot

 

Note:
Same issue observed 13.1, 13.2, 13.3, 13.4 EM Cloud Control versions.
