EM 13C: Host Target Home Page Shows Blank Charts - Message: No Data (Doc ID 2693232.1)

Symptoms

1- The Host target home page shows blank charts for: (CPU Utilization, CPU Threads Utilization, Memory Utilization)

 

2- When choosing Host menu -> Monitoring -> All Metrics -> Press on Load metrics an error message will be raised

  

    The CPUUsage metric does not exist for host target xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
    oracle.sysman.emSDK.emd.comm.NoSuchMetricException: the CPUUsage metric does not exist for host target xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
