In Enterprise Manager (EM) Cloud Control, Patch 31233849 was applied. Also URL was added for authentication.

Still the MOS Connection fails with invalid credentials.

Error Stack from <EM_INSTANCE_HOME>/em/EMGC_OMS1/sysman/log/emoms.log:
