Symptoms

 In Cloud Control Enterprise Manager using Fleet, DEPLOY_GI_SOFTWARE is failing in Install/Clone Oracle Clusterware step with Error "FATAL] [INS-44002] The Oracle home location contains directories or files on following remote nodes.

Command Snippet:
$ emcli db_software_maintenance -performOperation -name="Deploy GI Home" -purpose=DEPLOY_GI_SOFTWARE -target_type=cluster -target_list="<Cluster_name>"
-normal_credential="NC_HOST_SSH_ORACLE:SYSMAN" -privilege_credential="NC_HOST_ORACLE_SSH_SUDO:SYSMAN"

These nodes will be ignored and not participate in the configured Grid
Infrastructure.
