Symptoms

When attempting to access Enterprise Manager Fusion Middleware Control (EM FMWc) after apply WebLogic(WLS) Patch Set Update(PSU) <Patch 31537019>, the browser is seen to loop on the error page URI /em/faces/helppages/errorPage.jspx.
