Symptoms

EM 13.4 agent, Unable to start the agent after securing with SAN certificate.

As per agent details shared, Agent is installed using hostname "<hostname.xx.domain.com>"
Whereas SAN certificate contains hostname as "<hostname.domain.com.xx>"
