Symptoms

Enterprise Manager (EM) 13.4 Cloud Control Fleet Maintenance

Running the DEPLOY_DB_SOFTWARE/DEPLOY_RAC_SOFTWARE/DEPLOY_SIHA_SOFTWARE/DEPLOY_GI_SOFTWARE command overwrites an already deployed home in the case of imported images from another oms.

Command:

$ emcli db_software_maintenance -performOperation -name="DeplDBJul2020" -purpose=DEPLOY_DB_SOFTWARE -target_type=oracle_database -target_list="<target_name>" -normal_credential="ORACLE:SYSMAN" -privilege_credential="ORACLE_PDP:SYSMAN" -input_file="data:C:\Input_db_deploy_12c.txt"
