Symptoms

In Enterprise Manager (EM) Cloud Control, in the case of rac database targets, the fleet migrate_listener is not submitted and fails with error: The listener for this target is not running from the same Oracle home.

Command:

$ emcli db_software_maintenance -performOperation -name="Update Listener" -purpose=migrate_listener -target_type=rac_database -target_list="<RACDB_NAME>" -normal_credential="ORACLE:SYSMAN" -privilege_credential="ROOT:SYSMAN"

Checking if target is already running from the current version of the image...
The listener for this target is not running from the same Oracle home. Migration cannot be done.
