Monitoring Configuration Screen For Cluster ASM Results In An Error (Doc ID 2710094.1)

Symptoms

All Target Page, Cluster ASM targets or ASM Instance , then right mouse click on one of the targets, then click on Target Setup, Monitoring Configuration the following error is returned:

 

An error occurred. Contact Oracle Support with these files:

<EM_INSTANCE_BASE>/user_projects/domains/<domain_name>/servers/<SERVER_NAME>/logs/access.log

<EM_INSTANCE_BASE>/user_projects/domains/<domain_name>/servers/<SERVER_NAME>/logs/<SERVER_NAME>-diagnostic.log

<EM_INSTANCE_BASE>/em/<OMS_NAME>/sysman/log/emoms.trc

java.lang.NullPointerExceptio
