Symptoms
Source Database monitoring from OEM using TCPS protocol and AWR repository monitoring from OEM using TCP protocol.
During the step transferAWR, connect to source database failed with below error
conn_url: (DESCRIPTION=(ADDRESS_LIST=(ADDRESS=(PROTOCOL=TCPS)(HOST=<HOSTNAME>)(PORT=<PORT>)))(CONNECT_DATA=(SID=<DB_NAME>))), user: sys, role: sysdba
Connection failed: ORA-28759: failure to open file (DBD ERROR: OCIServerAttach) at <AGENT_HOME>/plugins/oracle.sysman.db.agent.plugin_13.4.1.0.0/scripts/db/transfer_awr.pl line 1295, line 11.
