Symptoms

After patch 31216715 EM DB Plugin Bundle Patch 13.3.2.0.200430 (Agent Monitoring), Agent upload error - ERROR- Failed to Update Target Type Metadata.

Patch 31216715 require patch 31035765 and 31216671 on the OMS side.
These patch have already applied on the OMS side.

<Agent_inst>/sysman/log/gcagent.log confirm following output:
