Symptoms

In Enterprise Manager (EM) Cloud Control, customer applied Release Update (RU) patch on 13.4 EM.
Post applying the patch unable to add the agents to Clean-up list in Post Agent Upgrade Tasks page.

The agents were listed for addition. Selecting them and click on Add does not add them to the page.
