Symptoms

In Enterprise Manager (EM) Cloud Control, the work dir (stage area) is not cleaned up after successful completion of Fleet Deploy/Update operation.

$ emcli db_software_maintenance -performOperation -name="Deploy ORACLE_HOME"  -purpose=DEPLOY_DB_SOFTWARE -target_type=oracle_database -target_list=<Target_name>
 -normal_credential=ORACLE:SYSMAN -privilege_credential=ORACLE_SUDO:SYSMAN -input_file="data:/refresh/home/deploy_db.txt"

$ workingDir
/u01/64bit/app/tmp

$ ls -ll /u01/64bit/app/tmp
total 12
drwxr----- 4 oracle oinstall 4096 Oct 19 21:31 1753516662093167/
-rwx------ 1 root oinstall 5061 Oct 19 21:29 root_dispatcher.sh*
