Enterprise Manager (EM) 13.4.0.0.0 Cloud Control, Target Database, Listener, ASM

RMAN backups scheduled via OEM job fail with ORA-19705 after applying OMS RU patch 13.4.0.6 Patch 31767864.

Error messages:
RMAN-03009: failure of backup command on ORA_DISK_4 channel at 10/21/2020 18:00:21
ORA-19705: tag value exceeds maximum length of 31 characters
RMAN> backup device type disk tag 'BACKUP_CESSOEMDV000_20201021T180006' archivelog all not backed up;
