Symptoms
Upgrading OMS to 13.4 failed during the Upgrade prerequisite check with the error:
OMS_HOME/cfgtoollogs/cfgfw/CfmLogger_<timestamp>.log
INFO: oracle.sysman.top.oms:Checking for free port: EM_CONSOLE_HTTPS_PORT 443
SEVERE: Exception:
SEVERE: oracle.sysman.top.oms:Stop the process running on port 443 and restart the configuration tool.
INFO: oracle.sysman.top.oms:The plug-in Upgrade Prerequisite Check has failed its perform method
