Symptoms
In Cloud Control Enterprise Manager using Fleet, When running the DEPLOY_DB_SOFTWARE command in standlone database In Dataguard enviornment custom post scripts executed only on primary host where it is supposed to execute on standby host as well.

In this case the primary database server is HOST A and the standy database server is HOST B, the custom post step needed to be executed for both the HOST A and HOST B, but it always considers primary HOST A for standby execution as well.
